Charlotte Woodroffe

Solicior

Charlotte joined CPC Lawyers in 2022 as a Law Clerk and was admitted as a Solicitor in May 2026 following the completion of her double degree in Laws and International Relations at the University of Adelaide.

Now working within the Commercial team and Wills and Estates team alongside Mariah and Theodosi, Charlotte works across a broad range of commercial matters and Wills and Estates and enjoys the variety and collaborative nature of the role. She values building strong relationships with clients and supporting businesses and individuals through practical, outcome-focused legal advice.

Charlotte has a strong interest in constitutional law, particularly the way it shapes the validity and practical impact of legislation in everyday life. She enjoys the analytical side of legal practice and is passionate about understanding how law influences society on both a practical and broader level.

Known for her adaptable and proactive approach, Charlotte manages a wide range of responsibilities across the firm and is committed to delivering clear communication and a positive client experience. She values working within a supportive team environment that encourages ongoing professional growth and development.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys unique experiences and travel and is also a runner- the Brighton to Glenelg Esplanade is her favourite weekend long run spot.

If she could choose a superpower, it would be mind reading. Reflecting her fun and outgoing personality, the most unusual item on her desk is a pink karaoke microphone, with “Mr. Brightside” firmly holding its place as her go-to song choice.
