Establishing CPC Lawyers in 2013, Principal Lawyer Theodosi had the vision to provide boutique law services through bespoke client care. Theodosi has a background in small to medium size legal practices and utilised these skills when starting his firm.
Passionate about providing value to clients and being regarded as a trusted advisor, Theodosi brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in various areas of law including Commercial Law, Property Law, Wills and Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Family Law.
Theodosi has provided legal advice and has led significant litigation cases for individuals and businesses for over 15 years.
Regardless of the size of the matter and whether you are a corporate or a mum and dad, the same attention to detail is provided to each client which is paramount to the success of a suburban law firm.
Theodosi Cotsaris is a highly experienced general practice lawyer. Theodosi holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and Bachelor of Arts degree from Flinders University and was admitted into practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2010.
After being raised in a family where Greek was the first language spoken at home, Theodosi learnt the valuable skill to speak fluent Greek and can represent and provide legal advice to Greek Australians and any foreign citizens of Greece.

Theodosi, born and raised in Renmark, South Australia, holds deep roots in his upbringing and family ethos. He actively contributes to the family business, Cotsaris Cherries, serving as the Sales Manager alongside his father and brother.
Beyond his dedication to cherries, Theodosi remains engaged in his passion for football, playing at an amateur level for the Westminster OS Football Club.
