Maddy Torquati

Maddy has over 10 years of experience in the conveyancing industry and leads CPC Lawyers’ growing conveyancing and property settlements team.

 

She is currently undertaking an Advanced Diploma of Conveyancing to further enhance her expertise.

Her interest in conveyancing began in high school, inspired by her legal studies teacher, and she has since built a career she finds both challenging and rewarding. Maddy thrives on the variety the role offers, from assisting clients to sell their family home to helping others purchase their dream property, taking pride in making a positive impact during significant life moments.

She values the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients, earning their trust through multiple transactions and providing seamless, high-quality service. Her ultimate goal is to leave a lasting, positive impression on as many clients as possible by delivering reliable and personalised support.

Outside of work, Maddy enjoys spending time with her dog and younger sisters, fostering greyhounds, and embarking on spontaneous road trips.
