Matilda Moss

Matilda joined CPC Lawyers in 2024 as a Law Clerk within the Conveyancing team and was admitted as a Solicitor in May 2026 following the completion of her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) at the University of South Australia.

 

Motivated by her passion for advocacy and her commitment to giving a voice to those who need it most, Matilda chose to pursue a career in law to make a meaningful difference. She finds fulfilment in standing up against injustice and supporting others through challenging situations.

 

Now working within the Family Law team, Matilda is particularly passionate about supporting individuals and families through what can often be some of the most emotional and overwhelming periods of their lives. She understands that family law matters are deeply personal and values the importance of listening, communicating clearly, and helping clients feel supported throughout the process. Matilda takes pride in building genuine connections with clients and helping them navigate difficult situations with empathy, care, and practical guidance.

 

Outside of work, Matilda is a keen footy fan, whether attending Adelaide Crows games or cheering on her partner in the local league.

 

A naturally social person, she also enjoys spending time with family and friends and discovering new cafés and dining spots.

If she could choose a superpower, Matilda would choose time travel, giving her the chance to witness historical moments and engage with influential figures from the past.
