CPC Lawyers is a family-based law firm that offers expert and professional legal services from our Malvern and Torrensville offices.





Establishing CPC Lawyers in 2013, principal lawyer Theodosi had the vision to provide boutique law services through bespoke client care. Theodosi has a background in small to medium size legal practices and utilised these skills when starting his firm.


Passionate about providing value to clients and being regarded as a trusted advisor, Theodosi brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in various areas of law including Commercial Law, Property Law, Wills and Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Family Law.


Theodosi has provided legal advice and has led significant litigation cases for individuals and businesses for over 10 years.


Regardless of the size of the matter and whether you are a corporate or a mum and dad, the same attention to detail is provided to each client which is paramount to the success of a suburban law firm.


Theodosi Cotsaris is a highly experienced general practice lawyer.  Theodosi holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and Bachelor of Arts degree from Flinders University and was admitted into practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of South Australia in 2010.

In 2019, Theodosi was a top 4 finalist for the Law Society Of South Australia Young Lawyer Of The Year Award in recognition for providing an outstanding contribution to the legal profession and the community.

Theodosi speaks fluent Greek and can represent and provide legal advice to Greek Australians and any foreign citizens of Greece.

Isabelle was admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia in September 2017 after completing a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Business (Sports and Recreation Management) at the University of South Australia and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law.

Since 2018, Isabelle has been practising in the field of Corporate and Commercial Law, in particular within the areas of Commercial and Civil Litigation, Building and Construction Disputes, Property Law, Wills and Estates, and Conveyancing.

She is dedicated and hard-working, and uses these attributes in her day-to-day work to achieve the best commercial results for our clients. Isabelle is ecstatic to have joined our team in 2021.

Chanel completed work experience with CPC Lawyers in July 2020 and joined the CPC Lawyers team as a Law Clerk in August 2020.
Chanel is currently studying a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Adelaide.


Chanel has started her legal pathway in the settlements team and continues to learn and build her skillset.

Mariah joined the CPC Lawyers team as a Law Clerk in June 2019 and was admitted into the Supreme Court of South Australia in June 2021. Mariah has now integrated into a full-time graduate solicitor position at the firm and works directly with Theodosi in the areas of law including Commercial Law, Property Law, Wills and Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Family Law.


Mariah still manages to find time to overlook the settlements team operations and coordinates all conveyancing administration, operations, and procedures.
Mariah completed a Bachelor of Laws at the University of Adelaide in December 2020.


We are excited to see Mariah build into her role as a full-time solicitor.

Nikki heads up marketing and communications. She has experience across a diverse range of sectors including retail, tech, insurance and legal. Nikki has shaped CPC Lawyers branding, created content, produced events and driven the firm's digital marketing strategy.

Ashlin joined the CPC Lawyers team undertaking work experience at the end of April 2021, transitioning to employment with CPC Lawyers towards late May. Ashlin role is within the settlements team and is eager to see where it takes her.
Ashlin is currently studying a Bachelor of Law with Honours at UniSA and exploring different avenues that the legal industry offers.
